• Refund period starts from the date of enrolment.

• This guarantee covers course fees only.

• Booking fees secure your place in a specific training cohort.
• Once a seat is reserved under your name, we cannot reallocate it.
• If you withdraw within the 7-day guarantee period, booking fees are retained.
• Booking fees are separate from course fees and are not covered by the money-back guarantee.

If you defer to a future batch instead of requesting a refund, your booking fee can be transferred to your new enrolment.

• Payment details are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including Stripe, Razorpay, Wise Business, and PayPal.
• We do not store your full credit or debit card details.
• Full payment is due at the time of enrolment unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed.
• Prices may be displayed in regional currencies such as INR, GBP, or USD.

Termination for violation of terms does not entitle you to a refund.
